Shaft seal ring with PTFE (Teflon) sealing lip measuring 17x35x8 mm for use in various mopeds / mopeds.
Among other things, the oil seal is used in Minarelli AM 3/4/5/6 engines.
This radial oil seal with the high-tech material fluorocarbon rubber (FKM) outer jacket is resistant up to a temperature of 200°C, and even up to 220°C for short periods.
Manufactured NBR rotary shaft seals are temperature-resistant up to 100°C.
FKM rotary shaft seals (also known as Viton) are particularly suitable for racing, as they are designed for higher speeds and can therefore withstand higher temperatures.
The radial shaft seal (also known under the trademarked brand name Simmerring®) has an additional sealing lip made of PTFE, a thermally highly resilient material that does not interact with the lubricant and can therefore withstand the highest loads.
